These terms concern Tempo and its related services, provided by Manuel Monteiro, operating as Latent Works, Portugal. Contact latentworks1@gmail.com. Tempo is currently in testing. This website does not offer a paid subscription or take payments.

Using Tempo

Tempo helps you capture and organize tasks, notes and plans. Some features work on your device; online features may require an account, an eligible device, an internet connection and your permission. Availability can differ by version, device and country. If your use requires a parent or guardian’s authorization under applicable law, obtain it before using the relevant online services.

Use an account you are entitled to use and keep its sign-in method secure. Do not try to access another person’s data, bypass usage limits, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. We may restrict online access to address a material breach, fraud or a security incident, with notice where reasonably possible.

Testing and AI suggestions

Pre-release features may change, fail or be unavailable. Keep an independent copy of information you cannot afford to lose. AI can misunderstand urgency, dates and meaning. Review important results and any proposed changes before relying on them. Tempo is a planning tool and is not an emergency, medical, legal or financial advice service.

Your content and connected services

Your content remains yours. You authorize only the processing needed to provide the features you choose, as described in our Privacy Policy. Connected services, including Apple and any assistant you authorize, have their own terms. Grant only the permissions you intend to share and review connections in Tempo’s settings.

Future paid plans and credits

No price or included credit amount on this page is a purchase offer. If Tempo Pro or credit packs are made available, the App Store purchase screen must show the price, billing period, included allowance and applicable offer terms before you agree. Apple processes App Store payments and subscription management. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the terms shown by Apple. Deleting Tempo or its account does not itself cancel that subscription.

Cloud credits measure use of paid AI services; local actions do not consume cloud credits. Included credits may refresh on the disclosed schedule without carrying over. Separately purchased credits do not expire, remain recorded if a subscription lapses, and are usable subject to the eligibility conditions disclosed before purchase. They are not money, are not transferable between users and cannot be redeemed for cash except where law requires. Usage depends on the model and size of the request, not a promised fixed number of tasks.

Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple, without limiting your statutory rights. The commercial disclosures required for paid distribution, including the provider’s business contact details, must be completed before public sales are enabled.

Availability, changes and responsibility

We work to keep Tempo reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or perfect results. We will explain material changes affecting a paid entitlement and provide any remedy required by law. Nothing here excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law.

Ending use and disputes

You may stop using Tempo and request account deletion in its settings. Revoke connected assistants and manage Apple subscriptions separately when needed. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court rights where they live. Contact us first to help resolve a problem; this does not limit your right to use a competent court, regulator or applicable consumer dispute-resolution body.

For App Store distribution, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement also applies where supplied with the app. Material updates to these terms will be dated and communicated where appropriate.
